Policy
Please note that due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for cash or credit card refunds. Unworn and unwashed products may be replaced if there is an issue with fit or style.
Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original delivery date of your order. If you need to exchange an item, please email sacredbattlelife@gmail.com with your name, contact number, and order number, and details for the exchange. Please allow 30 days for your replacement to be processed and shipped. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the first item back to Sacred Battle, and the replacement will be sent out free of charge. Items MUST be unused and unwashed to be eligible for exchange/replacement. We do not restock and resell.
Sacred Battle is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back for exchange.
If there is an error with your order, please email sacredbattlelife@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can send out the correct item(s) in a timely manner.
Sacred Battle offers a full refund (including shipping cost) if the incorrect product was shipped to you. If multiple items were purchased and there is an item that you wish to return, we will issue a store credit for the cost of that item only (but not the shipping cost). Please email our customer support team at sacredbattlelife@gmail.com if you experience this issue so that we can work with you to resolve it!
